Policy
Rooms: Rates are daily, per room, and include breakfast and VAT. Check-in is from 3:30 pm to 8:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. The rooms are cleaned daily, towels are changed every three days, and beds are changed weekly.
Apartments: Rates are per apartment, including VAT and towels (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 bidet towel per person, plus one bathmat per apartment), and bedlinen. The towels and bedlinen are changed weekly. Mandatory final cleaning is subject to an additional charge. On departure, the apartments must be left with the kitchen and utensils cleaned, and any rubbish collected and removed. If not, management will charge an additional €100.00 for cleaning. Check-in is from 3:30 pm to 8:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. A deposit of € 200.00 is required on arrival and is refunded on departure after the accommodation has been checked.
