The two-room flats, furnished in typical Tuscan style and air-conditioned, are located on the ground or first floor of the building and are designed for families with children. The flats consist of a living room with a sofa bed suitable for two children or one adult, a kitchenette with a four-burner cooker, a refrigerator with a negative refrigerator compartment, an oven, and cooking equipment and utensils. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, bidet and hairdryer. The outdoor area includes a veranda or an area with a sunshade equipped with a table and chairs. A fan is available for guests. The flats are offered on a self-catering basis and can accommodate up to four guests.
